Great Barrington — Nineteen years after the closure of Ried Cleaners, remediation work will start on the site, located at 218 Main Street, during the last week of August.

During the Selectboard meeting on Monday, August 11, Interim Town Manager Chris Rembold announced that remediation work on the site would last two to three weeks.
