Mr. Paonessa has over 20 years of experience, specializing mainly in environmental
remedial design and construction and conventional site utility and
building construction. He has managed numerous environmental due diligence
investigation programs, and designed and provided field oversight for LNAPL and
groundwater extraction systems. He has managed remedial excavations, including
RCRA and TSCA manifesting, as well as site utility and building construction.

Mr. Paonessa also specializes in managing remedial projects at multi-party sites,
managing multiple subconsultants, contractor, PRP, and owner interactions.
