RACER Trust’s Redevelopment Manager, Bruce Rasher, will be joining Melina Ambrosino on her next airing of the Ask the Developers program – coming to you virtually on May 2nd from 9:00am to 10:00am.

Picture yourself in a leadership role for the largest Environmental Trust in U.S. history, entrusted with the monumental responsibility of remedying and revitalizing contaminated sites. Your mission: to restore these areas to productive use, reigniting tax revenue streams and creating employment opportunities for local residents. How would you achieve results?

Melina’s guest, Bruce Rasher, gained prominence for his key role at RACER Trust, where he managed the marketing and sales of former General Motors properties in 14 states. His pivotal oversight led to the transformation of these frequently brownfield and environmentally-impacted sites into valuable community assets.

During the interview, Bruce will be talking about the lessons learned, how to manage expectations, and the principles that can be used on any project in any community to improve tax bases and create jobs. We know you won’t want to miss this episode so register today.

Mark your calendars... This series will be held on the first Thursday of every month from 9:00am to 10:00am.
